Volunteering

The Friends of Ilkley Moor (FoIM) have organised a series of volunteer days for the local community to carry out conservation activities on Ilkley Moor.

The FoIM endeavour to offer worthwhile volunteering experiences to build peoples understanding and skills in the conservation of upland habitats.

We have many exciting and varied opportunities for volunteers. Volunteer groups have carried out heathand restoration, wetland management, bracken control, upper tarn conservation, archeological restoration and woodland conservation.

Please note that it essential that people book a place on any volunteer day so that we can manage numbers, heath and safety issues & Equipment.
