Ilkley Moor volunteer days
The Friends of Ilkley Moor (FoIM) have organised a series of volunteer days for the local community to carry out conservation activities on Ilkley Moor.
The FoIM endeavour to offer worthwhile volunteering experiences to build peoples understanding and skills in the conservation of upland habitats.
We have many exciting and varied opportunities for volunteers. From 2008 to 2015, volunteer groups carried out heathand restoration, wetland management, bracken control, upper tarn conservation, archeological restoration and woodland conservation.
